Antz is committed to generating high-value employment opportunities for foreign worker, blue-collar working-class, and B40 group. We aim to create a labour service ecosystem through partnership with various type of service providers, with cleaning services as our primary focus. We developed a mobile application platform that brings together consumers, vendors, and workers in one place, which is in line with our goal to digitalise the traditional labour industry.
User Problems:
Different prices
Consumer nowadays may experience difficulty to schedule a cleaner as well as other service provider such as air conditioner servicing, plumbing, mover & etc. as they may experience varying rates from several different service provider.
Inadequate quality control
Most of the cleaning service providers in the market do not conduct professional training, resulting in unsatisfactory service quality to the consumers. In addition, consumers may also experience various issues such as late arrival time and leaving before the scheduled time. These issues are pretty common for the consumers when scheduling other services as well.
Most of the service providers usually have their newcomers to be on field to gain experience without proper training. This practice causes many newcomers to lose interest in their job, resulting in high turnover rate in the industry.
Lack of reliable service provider
As you are probably aware, majority of the service provider in the market practice different operation & management. This will result in non-consistent user experience.

Lack of manpower
Most of the service provider can’t accommodate new enquiries due to lack of manpower to fulfill client request. They encounter enormous difficulty in recruiting new manpower and high turnover rate.
Lack of system and processes
Mostly of them are micro business owner operating in the market. They are vulnerable and fragmented, lack management skill, funds, and a team of management.
Conservative mindset
Majority of service provider tend to mind their own business and lack proper business management skill. They are reluctant to expand their business due to unforeseen circumstances. One of their great examples of increasing business revenue are price wars, where they tend to lower service fees in order to be competitive but causing unhealthy business strategy.

Training center
Antz has already established a fully functional training facility with a few departments devoted to specialized training in cleaning skills like wiping, sweeping, ironing, and etc. All cleaners must complete the entire training program before they are ready to provide service to consumer via our app.
Seamless user experience apps
After gathering numerous customer feedback, we created Antz services apps from scratch with features such as flexible time selection, service provider profile, verified payment method, after service comment & rating system to provide worry free experience for our user.
Vendor Solutions:
Reliable manpower resources
Through our strong collaboration with manpower supplier agency, we will bring in large amount of legal foreign worker to fulfil the shortage. In the future, we aim to provide full-time job opportunities to Malaysians, whose unemployment rate is significant, particularly the B40 group.
Integrated mobile application
We had created 3 mobile applications for user, vendor, and driver. Through this app, vendor can easily manage their service operation as well as managing accounts.
Unite and Integrate other Business Owner
We unite business owners in the industry through our application platform business model and assist them to digitalizing their business.
Mobile Application for Labour Service Providers
We developed a mobile application platform which is ready to download from Apple App Store and Google Playstore that will primarily provide labour services in collaboration with a wide range of service providers, including Part-Time cleaning, Post Renovation cleaning, Move in / out cleaning, and Commercial cleaning.
Air conditioner services, moving, plumbing, electricity, painting, and many other services will be included to our mobile app in the near future.
Furthermore, through our collaboration with local Agensi Perkerjaan, we are able to provide other services such as the hiring of Domestic Helpers (Maids) and General Foreign Workers.

Training Centre
We established a cleaning training centre in early 2022 to ensure the quality of our services. In addition, we have successfully trained 20 qualified maids on the field.
Our founder had over 5 years of experience and had completed over 150,000 hours of cleaning services. We began operations in 2017 under the name "Pinnacle Cleaning Services". Ant Unity Sdn Bhd (Antz) was formed in March 2021 to put our current offline cleaning services operation online and digitalize our services by developing a services application platform.
We have a successful strategic partnership with 11 cleaning firms under Ant Unity Sdn Bhd, which can cover more than 10 areas in Klang Valley.
All of them have more than 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry, and they have handled over 100 cleaners in total in the market. Based on the manpower we have, we can attend to 200 clients per day, or over 1000 clients weekly.
Our clients generally seek cleaning services on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. This ensures that our business revenue is consistent and continuing.
All of these are proven results in our offline business revenue, and we intend to bring our business online, with a soft launch of Mobile Application services completed on December 2022.

Pinnacle Cleaning Services clients were 60% B2C (homeowners, tenants and landlords) and 40% B2B (small business owners).
Fewer cleaning sessions were performed over the past 3 years due to COVID pandemic and nationwide lockdown, causing fluctuations in 2020-2022 revenues.
The majority of our cleaning service customers fall into two categories: household and small business owners.
Our home cleaning services are provided to private household’s member who have extra disposable income and want to save time. Homeowners, tenants, and landlords are some examples.
Our commercial cleaning services are offered to small business owners and organizations who do not have their own in-house cleaning crew.
We unite service providers or business owners through our application platform business model and we assist them in digitalizing the traditional service industry. We create value-added services for our vendors by assisting and guiding them in managing their manpower and increasing their business revenue. This will assist us in the formation of long-term relationships with our business partners.
We target to raise maximum of RM 1,500,000.00 and minimum of RM 300,000.00
To be the leading provider of labour services in Malaysia. Antz also plans to expand into South East Asia and become the next Unicorn firm in 10 years.

Company History
Sept 2017: Started operation as an on-demand cleaning service under Pinnacle Cleaning Services
Dec 2020: Idea Raise to digitize traditional cleaning & other services
Jan 2021: Approached other cleaning service providers, sharing an idea and seeking cooperation
Feb 2021: Obtained first seed fund from family member amounting to RM 300,000 and own capital of RM 80,000
March 2021: Confirmation with app development supplier and business advisory consultation. Antz formed in the same month
The year 2021: Formed team members, look for partnership
Jan 2022: Change of App development supplier to Mindhaus and change of Business advisory consultation to Great CFO
Same Year: Formed partnership with Agensi Perkerjaan Sinar Jaya Warisan, Great CFO, and moved into a new office in Dataran Cheras Selatan C180.
Dec 2022: Pre-launch of Antz mobile application.

Remarks
