What is the PSTX Account for?
This account is to store funds to use for trading on PSTX.
Note: you are not required to have a PSTX Account to take part in Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) or Token Crowdfunding (TCF).

Is there a top up or withdrawal fee?
No, trading fees will only apply when you buy or sell shares.
How long does a withdrawal take?
It takes up to 3-5 business days for the amount to be reflected in your bank account. Withdrawal requests submitted before 3.00 p.m. will be processed on the same day.
What does it mean when my transaction is declined?
This means the transaction could not be verified, or the deposited funds is not the same as the intended amount. An email will be sent for more information. No funds have been debited or credited.

Why is my PSTX Account top up not yet reflected in my balance?
For top ups using offline methods (bank transfer, cheques or SWIFT), it may take up to 3-5 business days for it to be reflected in your account.
