Welcome to pitchIN, the digital platform for investing and fundraising that connects entrepreneurs with potential investors. pitchIN started its journey in crowdfunding, firstly as a reward crowdfunding platform in 2012.

Our Story

In 2015, pitchIN applied and was successful in securing registration as a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) with the Securities Commission of Malaysia to offer an Equity Crowdfunding platform.

  • 2021
    Secured RM5.5 million from 325 investors via its Equity Crowdfunding (ECF) platform
  • 2022
    • Received SC approval to host Shariah-compliant investment deals, broadening its inclusivity and appeal
    • Approved by the SC to launch Malaysia’s first public Secondary Market (PSTX), enabling investors to trade shares seamlessly
    • Expanded into Token Crowdfunding (TCF) with SC approval to launch the platform for this innovative fundraising avenue
    • Raised RM5 million from MTDC and Gobi Partners, securing capital to fuel further growth
    • Facilitated Malaysia’s largest ECF campaign, raising an unprecedented RM20 million for a single issuer
  • 2023
    • Introduced Malaysia’s first Fundraising Accelerator, empowering entrepreneurs with the skills for successful fundraising
    • Successfully hosted the first Shariah-compliant ECF campaign by Apping Technology, which was oversubscribed
  • 2024
    • Launched PSTX, Malaysia’s first Secondary Market for ECF, enabling liquidity for investors
    • Hosted Malaysia’s first Token Crowdfunding (TCF) deal and its first public TCF campaign, raising RM10 million
    • Completed 16 cohorts of the Fundraising Accelerator under pitchIN Academy, supporting hundreds of entrepreneurs in their fundraising journeys
