The industry that we target is EV charging solutions. The industry has just emerged recently and there are not many competitors. But foresee the trend, hence, there is a great chance for us to become the top leading EV charging solutions provider in the industry in the long run.
Recent ownership of EV has increased dramatically, further solidified by the fact that EV is becoming the trend in the automotive market. We foresee an issue; the shortage of supply in EV charging solutions that result from limited EV charging solutions providers.
To resolve this, we provide both AC and DC EV chargers, and develop an application that emphasizes on simplicity and user friendliness, where users can locate the EV chargers, track the status of the EV chargers, make a reservation, and complete the payment with least effort possible.
We also encourage any interested business owners or parties to joint venture and contribute to the expansion of EV charging infrastructure in Malaysia.

There will be a change in our future business model as we strive to further expand our business in the industry and continuously maintain our product’s quality. Hence, potential revenue income may come from the business segments below:

ChargeSini is currently operates in the Technology and Services industry, and we aim to become the largest EV charging solutions provider in Malaysia by 2025.

- The total numbers of vehicles in Malaysia is 43 times higher than Singapore. Based on the rule of thumb of calculating the ratio of EVs to EV chargers provided by the International Energy Association (IEA), the ratio is 10 EVs to 1 EV charger. Singapore promised to have 12,000 EV chargers built by the year of 2025, hence, Malaysia will need at least 120,000 EV chargers in 2025.
- As of October 2022, Malaysia Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) deputy minister declared that the current EV chargers in Malaysia are lesser than 1,000 units. Compared to 120,000 EV chargers needed by 2025, there is still a huge gap for the EV chargers’ market shares. We aim to own more than 50% of the total market shares by the year of 2025.
Currently, we have been operating in Malaysia and with the capital raised from this ECF round, the company would able to purchase more EV Chargers and provide more EV charger facilities to the entire Malaysia.

The figure above shows the total EV chargers that are currrently owned by our competitors as of December 2022. Compared to 120,000 EV chargers that Malaysia needs by 2025, our competitors have not even owned more than 1% of total market share. Chargesini aims to gain at least 50% of total market shares by the year 2025.
Our Unique Proposition are:
- The sole EV charging’s application provider.
- Provide simplicity to everyone, nothing complicated - just click, charge, and pay via the application.
- We plan to raise RM 5,000,000 for the first round of fund raising.
- 100 Lots will be offered and the price per lot is RM 50,000.

During the first 2 years, 15% of fund will be used for R&D to provide more convenient on EV Charging, 40% utilized in Marketing and Advertising, and balance 45% will be used for EV Charger Operating Cost including Installation and Purchasing.
- Providing a Global Matrix of privately owned EV charging network to simplify the users EV ownership experience whilst generating consistent revenue to the service providers.
- To provide accessibility of EV Charger throughout Malaysia, be it commercial or privately owned.
