Raising Capital with TCF

You can raise up to 20x your paid-up capital, up to a maximum of RM100 million within any continuous 12-month period.

For example, if you have a paid-up capital of RM500,000. You may raise up to RM10 million (RM500,000 x 20) through TCF. This limit refreshes 12-months after the TCF campaign has concluded.

• You must be locally incorporated company with its main business operations in Malaysia. You are NOT an exempt private company or a publicly listed company.
• You must have a minimum paid-up capital of RM500,000, and maintain a minimum of RM500,000 shareholders’ funds until all your fundraising obligations are completed.
• At least 50% of your company's equity is held by directors and senior management of the company.
• Your company have at least two directors who are residing in Malaysia
• The project you are fundraising for must either (a) address an existing market need or problem or (b) improves the efficiency of a process or service by your company or the industry you are in.
• You are not currently fundraising on any other TCF, ECF or P2P platforms.
