Campaign Marketing and Promotion
Map Out Your Target Investors Early!
During the campaign building stage, we will work with you to identify target investors based on the stage of your company and the verticals in which your company is in.
Depending on the nature of your company and investment offer, your target investors may include presentations to Venture Capital, Corporates and Family Offices (not just individual investors).
Engage Your Community and Network
Leverage your existing network and community to spread the word about your campaign. Your first supporters are likely to come from friends, family, professional connections, clients and suppliers. Ask your network to share the campaign with their contacts to help increase your reach.
Build Momentum during Pre-Live
When the campaign is in Pre-Live, you should take the opportunity to close some early investors. This will help to build the momentum for your campaign before it goes Live.
You may consider offering incentives to early investors in the form of bonus shares, rewards or a combination of both.
Leverage Social Media to Generate Leads
Social media is a powerful tool to generate leads for your ECF campaign. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter are ideal for reaching a broad audience.
When posting on social media, remember to always direct them to your campaign page on pitchIN, so they can engage with your campaign deeper.
Build an Email List
Building an email list before and during your ECF campaign is crucial for direct engagement. If you meet any prospective investors, get their contact to register their interest.
In addition the the email list that you will be building, we will also help you to promote your campaign to our email list.
Engage and Close Prospective Investors
Prospective investors typically requires some additional push before investing. Engage with them through live Q&A sessions, webinars, virtual roadshows, or physical roadshows.
If venture capital firms, corporates and family offices are part of your target investors, set 1-on-1 engagements with them early. It will take time for you close them.
We will work with you to coordinate and plan out your investor events. When there is an opportunity, we will also feature you in events that we or our partner host.
You should also be proactive in using the functions on your campaign page (i.e., Q&A, Events, Updates, FAQ etc.) to keep prospective investors engaged and interested.
Monitor and Adjust Your Strategy
Use your campaign dashboard to monitor the progress of your campaign. You should track the effectiveness of your marketing efforts. Monitor metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
Be prepared to adjust your strategy based on what’s working and what isn’t to maximize the success of your campaign.
